canceling membership

As a buyer, registered members can cancel their membership at modernmusix.com at any time.

Cancelation is processed under user data. Access can be found under account:

Click on [user data] or to get to the user data.

1. Click on box.

⇒ A checkmark appears and confirms wish to delete user data.

2. Please be sure to take note of information.

3. After acknowledgement of information, click on [permanently delete user account].

⇒ Cancelation is complete.

IMPORTANT:

1. Any remaining credit can not be refunded. It is therefore recommended to use up all credit before canceling membership.

2. By canceling membership, the entire contents from account and musix will be deleted. Cooperation partners with active contracts are only able to cancel membership at the end of their contract period.
