vouchers

As a gift or as part of a presentation, vouchers offer a convenient way of recommending the range of products at modernmusix: The purchase, redemption and handling of vouchers is easy.

vouchers represent a certain value and can only be redeemed through modernmusix:

Currently, modernmusix provides vouchers in values of € 15, 25, 50 and 100.

Access to vouchers can be found under account:

The number on the right is the amount of active vouchers.

To access vouchers, click on [vouchers] or .

The page is divided into three categories: purchase vouchers, redeem and manage.

purchasing vouchers

1. choose value of voucher (€15, €25, €50 or €100).
2. determine amount of vouchers.
3. click on [into basket].
⇒ The determined amount of vouchers in the selected values will be put into the basket.

The number of the vouchers may be changed in the basket:

1. click on [change amount].
2. provide the desired amount.
3. click on [update].
⇒ The amount of vouchers in the basket has been changed.

Hinweis: Note: This method can also be used to change the amount of prepaid musix.

redeeming vouchers

1. enter code into input field.
2. click on [redeem].
⇒ The value of the voucher will immediately be credited to your personal credit balance.

Hinweis: Note: This method can also be used to redeem prepaid musix. The selected item is then ready for you under downloads.

managing vouchers

modernmusix distinguishes between active (unredeemed) and inactive (redeemed) vouchers.

active vouchers

This area offers the possibilities: sending, redeeming and printing of vouchers.

sending

1. enter recipient’s email address into the input field.
2. click on [send].
⇒ The vouchers will be sent.

Sent vouchers will be cleared from this area and will be listed under inactive vouchers.

redeeming

1. selection of vouchers by checkboxes.
2. click on [redeem selection].
⇒ The value of the selected vouchers will immediately be credited to your personal credit balance.

Redeemed vouchers will be cleared from this area and will be listed under inactive vouchers.

printing

1. Selection of vouchers by checkboxes.
2. click on [print selection].
⇒ Printing will be initiated.

The voucher includes a value in EURO and a code. Only this code is important for redemption: It contains all relevant information and the value.

Printed vouchers will be cleared from this area and will be listed under inactive vouchers.

inactive vouchers

The updated status of the voucher is documented in the column "status":

• redeemed (with date)
• sent (with recipient’s email address)
• printed (with date)

The list changes accordingly as soon as a sent or printed voucher is redeemed.

The list of active and inactive vouchers can then be sorted by checkmark in chronological, or reverse chronological order.
